Billing
Estimator+ billing covers your company's seats — nothing else. There are no AI credits and no usage fees anywhere in the product: the AI you connect through the Intelligence Bridge runs on your own agent subscription, not on anything metered here (see What the Intelligence Bridge is). Whatever your subscription costs each month is entirely a function of how many Estimator and Viewer seats your company holds.
Only a company admin can open Billing.
Managing your billing
Billing history, updating your card, and cancelling your subscription all go through the Stripe billing portal, reached from the Billing view. It is Stripe's own hosted portal, not a page built into Estimator+, so it will look and feel like a standard payment settings screen rather than the rest of the app.
Past invoices are available there as downloadable PDFs — useful if your bookkeeper needs a copy, or you are reconciling a job's cost against what Estimator+ actually billed that month. The same portal is where you would cancel the subscription if you needed to; it does not require going through support.
Pricing and GST
Prices are AUD, excluding GST. GST is applied at checkout. If your company has a valid ABN, it is handled under the standard reverse-charge rules at that point, so the tax treatment on your invoice reflects your own registration rather than a flat rate applied to everyone.
