FAQ
Do you charge for AI?
No. Estimator+ does not charge AI credits, usage fees or per-tender fees. You connect an agent you already use, so any model usage stays with your own AI account.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes. Every new company gets a 14-day trial to use Estimator+ with their team before committing to a paid plan.
Is Estimator+ invite-only?
Yes. We are currently onboarding about one new company every fortnight so we can maintain platform stability and give each team proper account support.
Is our tender data secure?
Yes. Your data runs on established, industry-standard infrastructure, hosted in Sydney. It is isolated per company, encrypted in transit, and access is limited by membership and role. We never hold your payment details — billing is handled entirely by our payment provider. See our Privacy Policy for full details on our providers and any overseas data handling.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in and you can cancel anytime. Seats are billed monthly by card through Stripe. Add a seat and you are charged pro rata for the current month. Remove a seat and it changes at your next renewal.
